How it works

Four models. One verdict.

SimulQ sends your question to four frontier AI models at once, keeps them apart while they work, then has a referee protocol cross-examine their answers and rule on them. You get one adjudicated verdict instead of four competing replies.

The method, in four acts

I

Compose

The brief generator turns your question into a structured analytical brief. All four models receive it identically, so the only variable left is the model itself.

II

Investigate

Four frontier models take that brief at the same time and in isolation. No shared draft, no sight of each other's work, no pressure to agree.

III

Adjudicate

A referee protocol cross-examines all four. It starts where they disagree, checks whether their agreement is genuine, then audits its own reasoning by the same standard.

IV

Deliver

You receive a chaptered document rather than a chat log: navigable, exportable in one click, and ending with the two questions worth asking next.

The panel

Four models answer every question: GPT, Gemini, Sonar and Grok. Each works from the same brief and none sees another's answer, so any agreement between them is reached independently.

The referee: the TAM protocol

A fifth stage, SimulQ's proprietary TAM protocol, examines the four answers. In outline it does four things:

  • Disagreement first. It starts where the models diverge.
  • Consensus auditing. It checks whether agreement is genuine or the models are repeating the same source.
  • The expert position. It surfaces the point every individual model missed.
  • Self-auditing verification. It holds its own reasoning to the same standard before it rules.

The protocol's internal rules are proprietary and are not published.

Two kinds of output

Analyze

A deep, self-auditing ruling on a complex question or situation.

Create

The cross-examined research turned into the deliverable itself, ready to use.

Either can be exported in one click as PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint, as the whole deliberation or a single chapter.

After the verdict

  • Follow-up questions drawn from exactly where the four models clashed.
  • Push back on the referee alone, or send a follow-up to the whole four-model panel.
  • Talk to one model directly for routine work, then escalate the same thread to full adjudication.
  • Merge up to three past deliberations into one document without re-running them.
